NEW TRAININGS FOR 2008! NEW Total Immersion Training

Interested in an NLP Training?

Then you are interested the old transfer technology for learning NLP.

When NLP was originally developed, the only method of transfer was training. Little was understood about the multiple levels of experience, almost nothing about the structure of generalization. So, exercises were created to entrain behavior. That is, get participants to simply repeat in sequence behaviors – techniques – that NLP’s originators had modeled.

Only that’s not how the original models, Milton Erickson, Virginia Satir and others, did it. Erickson often said don't copy me, create a new therapy for every client. Meanwhile, NLP around the world is too often taught as a collection of techniques. Even worse, because these programs train behavior, their participants must practice to generalize these skills to other areas of their lives. Most people never do,. Since the practice processes were almost all created for therapists, few people have easy opportunities to practice them outside the training context.

NLP Comprehensive announces a major innovation in NLP learning.

NLP authors and innovators Steve Andreas and Charles Faulkner have been rethinking the basic elements of NLP, taking everything apart to find the essence of change. Steve has published ground-breaking work on Self Concept, Scope and Category. Charles has brought a new descriptive organization to NLP found in everyday language and profoundly easy to use.

The trend in NLP trainings worldwide is to shorter, abbreviated, or special interest trainings. This is often because they have to concentrate on the content application of specific techniques. The NLP Comprehensive Immersion Programs teach you HOW TO THINK AND ACT BEYOND TECHNIQUES. You will be able to use what you learn as easily at work as at home or anywhere else you choose.

You’re smarter than ‘they’ think!

NLP training programs often start with un-useful assumptions. You can check this out for yourself. If they offer to train you in creating outcomes (also known as goals, targets, results), then they assume you don’t know how.

If you don't know how to set goals, how did you decide you wanted to take NLP?

You already had goals.

And the awareness to notice you wanted more.

And the skills to decide what to do to increase your choices.

In the New NLP Comprehensive Immersion Programs, we assume you are already skilled, that you are living your life, that you are full of experience, and that you want more. We start with your competencies and build on them. Through ALL NEW PROCESSES we help you to notice what you are already good at, and then show you how you can expand those skills to enhance other, less satisfying areas of your life. Every day of the program, you are increasing your resource base and expanding your capabilities.

Artistry is not a technique.

To become more artful and discerning with the abilities you need to deepen your awareness – both of what you already know and how it connects to new organizing principles, and perceptions. This program will take your professional and personal evolution to new levels of artistry, specificity and subtlety through who you are and who you want to become.

Where the NLP Comprehensive Practitioner Immersion Programs teaches participants to become aware of the alphabet of experience, the NLP Comprehensive Master Practitioner Immersion Program encourages you into the world of intervention artistry. The alphabet of awareness becomes the vehicle for developing multiple perceptions and synergistic multi-level change work.
