Kelly Patrick Gerling, Ph.D., a change agent with over fifteen years of experience in NLP, psychology, and consulting, Kelly focuses on developing leaders in corporations and school systems. He co-founded The Leadership Project (a management consulting organization), as well as the not-for-profit Enthusiasm for Learning Foundation (ELF). The ELF model is an entirely new educational system for children, our future leaders. Kelly is a contributing author to NLP: The New Technology of Achievement.
