The Newest NLP Practitioner Certification Program on the Planet:

The NLP Immersion Experience - Solid, Thorough, and Comprehensive NLP Skills in just 14 days!

Are you still thinking about taking an NLP Training?

Over the years, everything in NLP has advanced ... except its delivery ... until now.

You've been to trainings ... They're where you practice a series of steps, in a procedure, as if you're never done it before. This may work fine for learning software or if you are a small child. But as an adult you have a wealth of experience, and most of this experience isn't procedures. You have insights, rules of thumb, exceptions to the rules, and so much more. What if all of that experience could used to accelerate your learning? What if you could start there?

Warning! Training can make you incompetent.

A funny thing about training is how it takes advantage of a natural human tendency. We want to learn, and when we see something we don't understand, we often think we don't understand any of it. Inadvertently, some trainers encourage this, and being the cooperative creatures we are, we go along and forget or don't make use of our considerable experience.

Some examples from NLP Trainings:

Trainer - "Today, we're going to learn how to formulate Outcomes."

Wait a minute. How did you decide to come to this program?

How did you find the place? The answer is you already had Outcomes.

Trainer - "Rapport is very important skill to know and practice."

Most of the seminar participants nod their heads in rhythm - rapport - with the trainer's voice, unaware that they are already in rapport.

Trainer - "I'm going to demonstrate how you can anchor yourself."

Do you listen to music to change your mood? They're anchors.

Do you imagine vacations to motivate yourself? They're anchors too.

Much of what we do, eat and distract ourselves with are anchors.

Outcomes, Rapport, Anchors and more. You already have the basics of NLP, you just didn't know it ... until now.

Immersion - Learning the way the brain/body learns

When you learn a real world skill - cooking, driving, managing and more  - you know there are procedures, but the essential skills aren't the procedures. For example, seasoning to taste, handling an icy skid, and managing a difficult person require a range of awareness and skill working together. These are gained through immersing ourselves in the activities, experiencing their myriad distinctions and transferring learning from one situation to another. In NLP, this is called "building a generalization."

The Immersion Program is specially designed to identify and validate your many life experiences and draw them into groups that you can use to build the NLP generalizations of rapport, outcome setting, anchoring, reframing and the other skills. Then you learn to extend these skills into new areas for you. The results are an integrated skill set built on your competence and confidence.

Week One - First Order Change

The first week of the NLP Comprehensive Practitioner Immersion Program develops the sensory and behavioral skills of NLP including rapport, acuity, self and other anchoring, the submodalities of meaning and change, natural outcomes and navigating language and experience.

Week Two - Second Order Change

The second week of the NLP Comprehensive Practitioner Immersion Program develops the higher level NLP skills of intention, criteria and context including inner and outer agreement framing and reframing, and generative and analogical change.

We didn't take any shortcuts in designing this program.  We took 25 years of giving NLP Skills to people just like you, and used that experience to build the most remarkable, comprehensive, and deepest NLP program to date.

What will this NLP course do for me?

1) You'll get the personal attention you need to maximize your experience and personal development.

2) In 14 days you’ll return home as a truly influential communicator, knowing you can better understand, and be understood by:

happy students
  • boss or employee
  • spouse or child
  • ally or adversary

Whether in:

  • negotiating
  • educating
  • sales
  • sports
  • health
  • managing
  • marketing
  • leading.

3) And you’ll have more fun learning than you have since you were a kid!

What are the specific skills I'll get?

In this course you will develop advanced communication skills as second nature – in two weeks! You do this by recognizing your unique style and reinforcing and polishing it. This will give you more influence at home, at work and with yourself. It will make you better at supervision, sales, management, coaching and parenting.

Fundamentals

Rapport – You will learn how you can put others at ease in seconds, and to increase your comfort in the presence of others.
Sensory Acuity – By learning to read other people’s body language and tone of voice, you’ll develop a deeper and quicker understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface. It’s like listening with your eyes as well as your ears.
Anchoring – Allows you to create emphasis, below the awareness of others, by word, gesture or touch.

Modalities and Submodalities

In this section you will learn about the unconscious building blocks of our structure of reality. You will also learn how rearranging them can create profound inner change.

Precision Language

Meta Model – Teaches precise communication; so you can say exactly what you want, and get an understanding of what others are saying.
Outcomes – This procedure allows you to discover what’s really important to yourself and others in many situations. With this process you can do effective coaching and planning, mediate disputes, and negotiate goals.

Language of Influence

Milton Model – This language skill allows you to be persuasive without triggering resistance.

Negotiation

Reframing – Turning seeming conflict into collaboration – this skill will enable you to negotiate more effectively by trying on many different ways to view a situation. The more mentally flexible you are, the more effective you become.

Metaphors

are the keys to how people live their “stories” – we all have them, and we show how we see the world through our choices in appearance and the imagery in our language By becoming skilled in this area, we can enter other people's worlds. We become better leaders, teachers, and coaches.

The Final Chapter: Ecology

This skill allows you to know the boundaries of what you can do with another person in a specific situation. It teaches us how to respect the inner worlds that other people live in.
Integration – Ties all the skills together into a seamless package.

What do you mean by “Immersion?”

Remember what it was like when you were a child, immersed in exciting play, and then someone called that it was time to come in for the day?

You didn’t want to quit, did you? You didn’t want to leave your playmates and go inside. Remember pleading, “just five more minutes”?

How long since you had that feeling? When was the last time that you had so much fun learning and growing that you didn’t want to stop and call it a day?

You learned your critical life skills as an adventure, finding out what worked, and then becoming good at it. Our new program approach is getting rave reviews because people are learning and using extremely sophisticated skills as easily and naturally as if they were children.

The Immersion Experience is taught iteractively – like life. When you’re in our course you’re not sitting at a lecture and trying to stay awake after lunch – you’re living it.

The learning is full-time and you are fully involved. From the time you wake up till your head hits the pillow at night. Because of the way you learn, it feels like play.

You learn best by being completely immersed in new ways of thinking and doing things, and that's what you'll experience for two weeks this summer -- it's more fun than summer camp when you were a kid!

You'll be in a new environment -- no distractions -- and feeling the thrill of discoveries about yourself and the people in your life. You'll be anxious to get home to make use of what you've learned.

I want to share something personal with you. For me, creating and producing NLP programs is a labor of love. I’ve been doing it for over 15 years, and have seen thousands of people respond to different program experiences – but I’ve never seen anything like this.

How is the new Immersion Training Design different from the usual or traditional
NLP Practitioner trainings?

"Recently, I was asked this very question by an international business executive. While my answers were made in that context, they are also answers to your question.

Traditional NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Courses train their participants to apply specific procedural techniques in one-to-one interactions. These trainings were originally and specifically designed as psychotherapist training programs. As these courses have attracted coaches, managers, sales people and professionals, there have been some modifications, but mostly for the increased size of the training groups. It continues to surprise me that many organizations still market these formats as if they were suitable for a business or professional context.

The fact is most business interactions do not lend themselves to applying multi-step techniques to clients or employees - even if these were legally permitted, which in many states and countries they are not. Moreover, NLP techniques are interventions designed to resolve specific difficulties in one-to-one, usually private, meetings. Meanwhile, most business interactions are much more wide-ranging, involving not only one-to-one interactions, but many people at the same time, and often in very public settings.

Traditional NLP techniques deal with the transformation of one person’s internal world, while most business activities are about changing a lot of peoples’ external world. Yes, internal changes often lead to external changes. (And yes, you will learn the traditional NLP techhiques.)  It is a premise of NLP. And how much more effective could you be if you could affect many peoples’ internal and external worlds simultaneously?

Finally, the traditional NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, designed for psychotherapists, teach what psychotherapists need, not what business executives need. Yes, there are some overlaps, and so there are some good results. And as you are probably beginning to realize, those results could be so much better. So, as the Director of Programs for NLP Comprehensive, the oldest NLP training company, I redesigned the NLP courses to really meet needs of people – business executives, professionals and individuals – whose lives are lived outside of a counseling office.

In the 1970s when it started, the NLP training model was a 'pace' for the professional development environment of that time. Given all the advances in NLP over the last three decades, and they have been considerable, it surprises me that NLP is still largely taught in exactly the same way it was in those beginnings. The NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Courses are designed primarily to entrain new behaviors.

This ignores the fact that the participants must already have effective behaviors around rapport and outcomes and the rest. How else did they find the course, or get to the training, much less pay for it?
My point is this: the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Courses presuppose participants don’t have these basic life skills. (“Today, we will teach how to gain rapport with people and set outcomes.”) Being cooperative creatures, participants tend to conveniently forget what they naturally know about these things - which is why the training process takes so long.

Everyone one knows how to get lunch. Not everyone knows how to get a life. The differences between relating in a moment, and creating a relationship, are considerable – and one can be built on the other.

So I designed the NLP Immersion Program so participants build on their everyday existing competencies. It cut the "training" time in half, while keeping all of the content, with even better retention and ease of use in the real world.

In short, it’s an upgrading of NLP from techniques to a natural awareness of the many possibilities available at every moment in life - and equipping you with new ways to get them."

--Charles Faulkner, Director of Programs, NLP Comprehensive

These Students Are Learning In Days What Used To Take Weeks

When I visited the room where the Immersion Experience was being held, I saw students making distinctions after two days that would have pleased me if it had come from fully Certified Practitioners under the traditional method of program.

A woman in the class approached me during a break and said, “I feel like I will go through the rest of my life having more choices in more situations than I ever did before.”

This two week intensive program contains all the essential NLP models taught in the deep, thorough way that has led to NLP Comprehensive's reputation as the “Harvard of NLP”.

Our graduates are known world wide not only for the level of mastery they achieve, but also for their understanding of a very deep and rich field.

What are the personal benefits?

  • You will enjoy far greater control and freedom over your own state of mind, responses, and interactions with others.
  • You'll find it much easier to clarify your dreams for the future and identify barriers that may be holding you back.
  • You will be able to change the unwanted habits and behaviors that are standing in your way.
  • You will understand your partner's and children's needs and communication styles more fully.
  • You will be able to build strong rapport with others.
  • You will recognize how others are using language to influence you.
  • You'll find it easier to achieve your personal and professional goals, because you'll gain greater access to your internal resources and far greater understanding of the needs, motivations and desires of the people in your life.

What are the professional benefits?
  • NLP has led many people to new opportunities and advantages both in their existing profession and by opening doors to new possibilities.
  • The basics learned in our NLP program are like the difference between trying to write a novel with a quill pen and using a word processor.
  • Graduates became, in their own words, vastly more effective consultants, coaches, managers – and parents.
  • Listen to our free cd “Interviews with Graduates” to hear their stories in their own words, or click the articles button in our website to read for yourself.

Who Uses It?

  • Businesses use NLP to increase sales, to create world-class customer service -- and to implement organizational change effectively.
  • Educators can read the verbal and nonverbal language of every child to identify how each one learns best. As classrooms become increasingly diverse, NLP skills are becoming more essential.
  • Counselors can help clients become more functional in a shorter time frame Today's limited insurance coverage makes it crucial to achieve maximum results in minimum time.
  • Medical and Dental Professionals can relieve patients' fears and anxieties about procedures. That means better client retention.
